This is the more complicated version of Cuckoo Nest (also listed by me) with 9 hexagonal bars rather than 6. This is a difficult puzzle with a single key piece. It is made from Birch and is unsigned.  The puzzle fits perfectly and is in excellent functional condition. Six dissimilar pieces assemble into the Permuted Third Stellation. A Coffin design, described in PWBP but he never made any of these commercially.
