Another classic by Oskar van Deventer, the Paperclips puzzle is rarely made, and for good reason. The length of the sticks and small surface area for overlap at the edges makes it very difficult to construct. Each corner is reinforced by a shoulder joint, then sanded flush and further reinforced with a full length spline. The set allows for the assemblage of Supernova, Excelsior, Barones, Burrly Sane for Extreme Puzzlers and Tiros, as well as several unnamed high level standard 18-piece burrs.
