This is a very challenging design - the cube will ultimately come completely apart into 25 separate pieces. Burrtools file available upon request. Note that it appears externally the same as Arne's Cube (also by Eyckmans) but is in fact a completely different (and somewhat more difficult) design internally.
Puzzles are kept in a pet-free room of a smoke-free home, temperature consistent between 68 and 72 F, with humidity between 45 and 50%.
