Tetra Frame by Osho. It comes in the solved state (ships this way when purchased new). It comes right apart and then the puzzle is to assemble it. There are is a discoloration on one of the wood pieces as seen in the photos. Also on a few others there is slight fading where the pieces sit in the frame or exposed to the light.
