Martin Raynsford has taken the standard jigsaw puzzle and combined them with space filling fractals for a completely new type of puzzle. You dump out the pieces and then struggle to figure out which piece goes where which is harder than it looks. Usually the smaller pieces will fit into the same place as the bigger pieces. So just because you can find a place that fits a piece, doesn't mean it's the correct spot. It's very well-crafted since the when the pieces are perfectly positioned, they fall right into place without any loose fits anywhere in the jigsaw.
The fractal trays are Wunderlich Curve 1 in Brown Oak, Hilbert Curve in Birch, Peano Curve in Birch, and Wunderlich Curve 3 in Indian Rosewood.
They'll be sent in the solved state with all of the pieces in the tray. Simply dump them out before playing.
