Description
Multimatch is Wade Philpott's trademark for MacMahon's Three-color Squares, made by Kadon Enterprises.
A set of pieces plus a booklet full of puzzle patterns is provided. The classic task is to join squares with colormatched edges plus a uniform border color around the perimeter of the indicated figures. This requirement produces a zigzag sort of region bounded by the border color.
Additional activities focus on creating color patches within edge matched rectangles and squares.
This original puzzle was designed especially for the 14th IPP.
