I can't actually call this a puzzle, but it sure looks like one. It's a beautiful "toy" with many puzzle-like characteristics, and a smart guy could probably make it into a puzzle somehow. It's from Naef, designed by Peer Clahsen, nesting cubic half-shells that can make a variety of stacked figures and boxes. It's interesting to play with.

From the second batch of 20 boxes made by Randal Gatewood in 2004. The box is in excellent condition no scratches no nicks, and comes with the orignal opening instructions from Cleverwood. The cedar lining inside the box smells just as wonderful as the first time I opened it 8 years ago. I have enjoyed this box for many years and feel it is time for someone else to treasure it. A very nice three piece puzzle. Very well made out of two contrasting woods. This was Norton Starr's IPP31 exchange puzzle. It is made bu Bill Scheckels, I believe.

Quadlock 1 is a 19 piece difficult to take apart flattened cube. In the past these were made with 7/8” Walnut, Mahogany and Maple square sticks. In 2011 (the version for sale here) they were made in a smaller size with .730 Walnut, Mahogany and Maple square sticks. This was my exchange puzzle at IPP31 in Berlin. The goal is to assemble the three pieces into a "symmetrical shape". This puzzle can be sent assembled or unassembled, your preference. Definitely more difficult unassembled, as you have to figure out what the final shape is.
