Circelei was designed by prolific puzzle designer and manufacturer Jean Claude Constantin, and used by perennial Edward Hordern Puzzle Exchange participant Hendrik Haak at IPP26, held in Boston in 2006. The object of the puzzle is rather complex: three 3-D hinged pieces must be manipulated to fit within three stacked rings.
Cercelei is complete with its original labeled solution sheet as presented at IPP26. Note that Circelei does not seem to be commercially available at the present time.
I will ship within the US as a first-class package (from between $5.80 and $6.25, depending on postal code), or at insured priority mail pricing
