Wishing Well is a beast of a sequential discovery puzzle with 50 steps! This will take you a very long time to solve! There's a lot to discover on the way down the well to retrieve the coin at the bottom.
A friend who tried described it as being a technician working on an alien machine. It's very mechanical with many obscure movements as you manipulate the internals with no idea of what's going on inside it.
Several warnings about playing with this puzzle:
Don't force anything! Every movement will snap into place with no force needed and doing otherwise can damage the puzzle.
Don't attempt to solve the puzzle of the reset. Once you have the coin, refer to the provided solution sheets to reset the puzzle. It's possible to brick the puzzle if you do the wrong thing when resetting it. So the reset is not an intended extension of the puzzle.
I
accept Paypal, but there are no extra Paypal fees, since I consider it
to be the responsibility of the seller rather than the buyer. Also it's against the rules of the CDM.
I accept Transferwise for international buyers.
I am willing to consider other payment methods.
This is a very heavy, but not a very large puzzle. As a result, the best way to ship it is in a Medium Priority USPS box. However, the included solution steps are on huge and laminated sheets of paper (13" x 10") which can't fit in the box. While they could be shipped together in a larger box, it would be needlessly expensive to ship together. Therefore, I would recommend shipping twice. The puzzle in a Medium Priority USPS box, and the solution sheets in a padded envelope. But I will directly discuss this with the buyer.
People from out of the USA are open to bid on Wishing Well, but the shipping will be very expensive!
