More Osanori Yamamoto magic from Pelikan! Burrtools will provide an easy assembly but the colours will be mixed! Here is how Kevin Sadler described it on the Pelikan website :-
“Two tone zero is a classic by Osanori Yamamoto beautifully made in Wenge and Maple. It seems quite loose at first but the reason for this comes clear later. Like many other puzzles that he's designed before, it requires both linear movements and rotations to separate all the pieces. Lots of movements are possible from the beginning and I searched for a position where a rotation might be possible. Round and round in circles and I couldn't find a suitable position until by accident I found it without knowing how. I searched for the rotations but couldn't find them. After a morning of play it hit me – I was looking for the wrong type of rotation. The aha moment was a joy! This is a really clever puzzle and a joy to explore.”
