Twist Box is a beautiful trick opening box, similar in many ways to the trick boxes made by the Karakuri Creation Group. (This is NOT a KCG box.) It was purchased in person at the Hakone Maruyama Bussan shop in Hakone, Japan, in September 2025, and features two beautiful inlays, as seen in the photos. This is not the typical "traditional" Japanese puzzle box, but opens via a number of steps similar to those one might experience with a KCG trick box. My copy of Twist Box is complete with its original box, packing material, and solution sheet. The packaging is marked with its original price of ¥15000, equivalent to right around $100 at the time I purchased it.
I can ship within the US as a ground advantage (first class) package for between $8.00 and $9.00 (depending on postal code), or at insured
priority mail pricing for between $11.00 and $16.00 (depending on postal
code) if preferred. I am happy to ship
internationally at cost (typically around $33, depending on
country), but I cannot always guarantee that overseas
packages can be insured. Please do not send payment until the postage cost
is determined. Note, sadly, that tariff wars may be in effect for packages received in certain countries.
