“Rubik’s Tangle”
This puzzle consists of nine square pieces. Each piece has a pattern on both sides of four interwoven pieces of string of different colors (it really looks as if pieces of string were glued onto the pictures). The colors are arranged so that each combination appears only once. You must now try to place the nine puzzle pieces in a three-by-three grid so that all the colors of all the visible strings align.
The booklet claims that there are thousands of ways to place those 9 puzzle pieces, but that only one leads to a correct solution. Imagine that!
