The Dead Herring Box is a sequel to the 'Red Herring Box 2.0' which was itself a remake of the original one-off Red Herring Box that is touring around the world.

This newer item is purpose-built to mimic the exterior look of its predecessor exactly, but with ALL-NEW internal puzzle-mechanisms within!

A must-have for anyone who has the Red-Herring Box 2.0, or any fan of Douglas [Doog] Menzies' work!

I remain blown away that he made something so different with the same exact look as his previous work. Also, an added bonus-challenge that you can only try once: Can you open the box without accidentally killing.. the fish? Replacement fish are included. :}
