Description

This is the stunning and super unique looking Shachihoko by Arimura of the Karakuri Creation Group. I won this in the lottery direct from KCG.

This puzzle is so cool in person! The fins and the stylised shachihoko form is really nice. And of course as always, the wood finish and craftsmanship is off the charts. On display this puzzle also really shines. The movements that Arimura built into the puzzle are lovely to use too. This puzzle is HUGE as well! Which makes it a great thing to solve in hand.

The solution to this puzzle will trick you too! This is the trickiest Karakuri puzzle I've ever solved, which is a rare thing to have with Karakuri puzzles. This one makes you earn the ending compartment for sure! The first time I solved it I was so surprised I gasped haha. Once you know the trick, feeling and seeing the 'reveal' the puzzle does never gets old.

The puzzle is in flawless condition and always kept at correct balanced humidity.
