Triple Cross is a difficult puzzle because there are different tiles in the game. Four tiles in a 2x2 square have one large circle. There are also three identical tiles with a dot on them, which must come together in any order to form a 1x3 rectangle. The starting position has the circle on the far right and the dots on the upper left, the left plunger is depressed, and the bottom two tiles contain the “binary arts” logo. The goal is to restore these parts after the puzzle has been shuffled.
It is a difficult puzzle because there are only a few possible moves and each move moves many tiles.
The idea is simple: Scramble the tiles and then reassemble the pattern.
