Description
This was my exchange puzzle from IPP32 held in Washington D.C. in 2012. It is based on a puzzle from 1932 by the Atlantic Refining Company that was used to advertise their motor oil. The objective of the puzzle is to place the two wooden pieces on the scoreboard to produce a 12-11 victory for the Washington Nationals. (The second photo shows an incorrect solution to the puzzle, because the final score shown is 11-9, not 12-11.) Note that the puzzle is made from ash, the same wood used in the manufacture of baseball bats!
I will supply a sealed copy of the solution from the IPP32 exchange booklet to the winning bidder.
I will ship within the US via ground advantage (first class mail) for around $6.00 depending on postal code, and am happy to ship overseas at cost (around $10), but I cannot always guarantee that overseas packages can be tracked or insured.
Thank you for viewing my auction!
