Loopy Box was puzzle collector Allard Walker's exchange puzzle for IPP35 held in Ottawa, Canada, in 2015. It was designed by prolific and long-time German puzzle designer Jean-Claude Constantin. Note that Loopy Box is currently available through Puzzle Master for approx. USD49. This copy, of course, has the IPP35 provenance, as shown in the third photo.
Loopy Box is complete as presented at IPP35. I will include a copy of the solution from the IPP35 exchange book.
