Description
Great Collision from Doug Engel (Bits and Pieces)
Beautiful looking 3-piece metal take apart puzzle. The goal is to free the plastic ball in the center by taking apart the 3 metal pieces. I thought the solution (and reassembly) wasn’t too difficult. I enjoyed displaying it with my metal puzzle collection though, especially given its size, weight, and theme.
The puzzle is in great condition, with no major scratches or marks. Scuff marks will develop on the black coating as the puzzle is played with, but the current condition of the puzzle is excellent with only minor wear noticeable. The puzzle has only been solved and reassembled a few times. I believe it is no longer being produced. It comes with its original instructions/solution and cardboard box. The cardboard box itself has some tape/sticker tears and creases. And the instructions/solution sheet has some tears (taped) and is quite crumpled.

Buyer is responsible for shipping which should be $6-8 (within USA, first-class). Priority mail (and heavier puzzles) might be $2 to $5 more. I charge only exact shipping costs. Please contact me if you need an estimate for international shipping. If you wish to estimate shipping costs yourself, most of my listed puzzles shouldn't weigh more than 16 ounces (450 grams), and the smaller puzzles should be much less than that. I will combine multiple items for cheaper shipping--I have listed a few sequential discovery (SD) puzzles, puzzle boxes, and various metal/wood puzzles from Bits & Pieces this time. I've also listed a couple of packing puzzles from Frederic Boucher.
I can accept payments via Paypal, Zelle, or Transferwise. There will be no additional packaging or handling fees.
I try to grade condition conservatively. If the puzzle shows any sign of wear from use, it'll be a B or lower. If the puzzle looks like it did when I received it new (barring any defects), it will be graded A. Where useful, I've tried to take photos of the puzzles under different lighting conditions. All puzzles are kept in a smoke-free home maintained at 45-55% humidity.
