Dave Rossetti's IPP20 (Tokyo) Exchange Puzzle

Designed and predominantly made by Frank Chambers (Parts of the locking mechanism were made by Walt & Chris Hoppe)

Puzzle 1: Open the box. The name contains a clue. No tools,
no magnets, no rapping, and the black button does not move.
Puzzle 2: Once open, you will find another puzzle involving toothpicks)

I've tested the mechanism and it is working, the box contents are original and complete.
