Description
21 puzzles are packed into 5 envelopes which are spiral-bound in a book of puzzles. Unique -- from 1939. Many of the puzzles use the cardboard pieces to form a perfect sure. One puzzle is a Vanishing puzzle in which one arrangement of small squares = 17, but another arrangement yields 16 and still another, 15. There is also a tangrams puzzle called "The Seven Ha-Cho Tiles."
The book's preface is by Broadway columnist Louis Sobol, and there is a photo of star of stage and radio Benay Venuta as she "entertains her guests with Geometricks."
