Wayne Daniel has many versions of disecting the Icosahedron
This particular one, I believe has never been possible, until now
Made with 5 different woods, this 10 SIMILAR pieces of 4 joined tetrahedra opens by spinning a while before it eventually explodes ( and to nark you, sometimes it doesn't!) I like this one as it opens late, very close to almost stopping
The pieces are extremely hard to perfect and they have minor blemishes
Pieces are marked internally so they fit back to its original making
Winning bidder will also get a prototype Icosa too, lucky you . This one is for playing and enjoying, the other is better as a Collectors item. I make a very few for sale
Oz woods , mainly Silky Oak, Blackwood,Tassie Oak,Sheoak,Myrtle, with Radiata interior
