Description

Surface was the the IPP19 (1999, London) exchange puzzle of the prolific German puzzle designer and manufacturer Jean-Claude Constantin. While Surface is still available as a new puzzle, this from IPP19 is the original version which is slightly larger than the current version, 141 x 141 x 20 mm as opposed to 133 x 133 x 18 mm, and made of metal and wood as opposed to all wood. The object is to assemble the several pieces (8 pieces that are arrangements of sticks and cubes) into a 5 x 5 square arrangement.

The puzzle is as received at IPP19 in 1999, and has never been removed from its plastic wrapper. I will include a copy of the solution from the IPP19 exchange booklet.

I will ship within the US at insured priority mail pricing (from between $8.70 and $11.60, depending on postal code). I am happy to ship internationally at cost, but I cannot always guarantee that overseas packages can be insured or tracked.
