Piston Box puzzle designed by Marcel Gillen (invented by Tadao Muroi)
The Piston Box puzzle is also known as Internal Combustion or Pandora's Box. This is a hefty metal puzzle for its size, and is composed of 4 burr pieces and a frame. From previous listings, "it was invented by Tadao Muroi and designed by Marcel Gillen." Assemblies that require different numbers of steps are possible. This one solves fine but does have cosmetic wear. As you can see in the photos there are some dings on the edges and one side is all banged up like somebody hit it with a ball peen hammer. Nothing that effects the function.
