Description
"Kammen's Korners I" takes the 12-piece Altekruse Burr to a new level by adding "corner filling" blocks to the assembly. It was designed by Martin van Kammen, and used by the great James Dalgety (former steward of The Puzzle Museum in England, and founder of Pentangle) as his exchange puzzle at IPP20, held in London in 2000. The puzzle was manufactured by Pentangle. The object of the puzzle is to assemble the "corner-filled" Altekruse structure shown in the second photo, using the 12 notched multi-level wooden pieces shown in the first photo.
"Kammen's Korners I" comes with its original instruction paper, as received at IPP20. I will include a solution to the puzzle from the IPP20 exchange booklet.
