Andreas Röver is a reference concerning coordinated motion, and here this is a very good example.

Not an explosion like a lot of coordinated motion, here you must found a series of moves coordinated and not, combined to take apart the 4 pieces.

Each time I played with I wasn't really able to reassemble it with my memory, but each time I solve it with a logical approach, I love this puzzle.
