Broken Crane is a very unorthedox approach to the idea of sequential discovery puzzles.
The
"typical" puzzle I associate with the genre is to find a tool, use the
tool to find the next tool or to open up a new space to explore, and
repeat until the puzzle is solved. However, I would say that Broken
Crane is an engineer's puzzle where instead of using tools to reach a
prize, you use tools to achieve the goal of unlocking the crane arm,
retrieve the coins, and then figure out how to balance the coins on the
far end of the crane arm.
This is far harder
than it looks! The arm is busted and loves to fall down. Even the
slightest drop is not permitted! Would you like walking out on a bridge
that likes to buckle downwards a few inches for every step you take?
Then make sure that crane arm is rock solid!
There
were only 10 copies of the puzzle ever made in black, orange, and grey
colors. All future copies will be produced in an all white color.
I
accept Paypal, but there are no extra Paypal fees, since I consider it
to be the responsibility of the seller rather than the buyer. Also it's against the rules of the CDM.
I accept Transferwise for international buyers.
I am willing to consider other payment methods.
