This is definitely a Scorpius puzzle. I *think* it is by Arjeu as it has an information sheet in French and the box has the name and number they used for this puzzle (Satellite CT49). The six identical 4 stick pieces, each break down into individual sticks, with pins and holes holding them together. The only reason I question whether it might actually be by Arjeu is that it has not been made in their usual woods. I assume it is an early puzzle by them.
It is of course a copy of Stewart Coffin's Scorpius Puzzle.
