This is an old IPP 15 exchange puzzle from Koji Hirotsu, made by Yoshiyuki Ninomiya.The objective is remove the Medal with Double Head of Cardinal and Fool from the box (see attached photo of the coin/medal).It comes in its original box, with all documentations.

I believe this was one of Akio Kamei's first designs that was subsequently produced by Bits & Pieces. Other than a few surface scratches it is in good condition and works perfectly.
