The is Kamei's Bottle. A lovely and quite large puzzle. Obviously it has been damaged and repaired. That said the scratches are not very noticeable  (and most are on the bottom) and the repair work leave a perfectly, smoothly, functioning puzzle. The box is ratty but it is included.
