This little rarity came from Lockheed-Martin Missiles and Space division, and is a plastic folding puzzle with some cloth or fiberglass tape as backing, holding the pieces together. Double sided, with the same picture on both sides. Nice condition. No packaging.

Folding Frenzy is a soft-cover 12x12" book with 6 inner pages. The object is to fold the panels inside to create 9 different image-patterns shown inside.
