Most burrs are designed so the solver cannot see and notches. Bill designed this puzzle so the solver could see the notches. This helps to analyze the solution for disassembly.

This is a very nice design. During assembly the small diameter dowels spring a little and the rotating cubes allow the pieces to snap together.

This puzzle box was created by Akio Kamei as a Xmas present for the Karakuri Club members in 2007. It is now sold out and no longer made. The mechanism is inspired by Kamei's 1998 Love Box. This box is in excellent (as new) cosmetic and working condition. Comes with the original box.

The Goblet Secret puzzle box was initially created by Shiro Tajima for the Valentine's Day exhibition held by the Karakuri Creation Group in 2006. This is a later version crafted from different woods. It is now sold out and no longer made. The unusual mechanism and design were inspired by the optical illusion known as "Rubin's Goblet". This box is in excellent (as new) condition, although the mechanism is a bit tight for my liking. Comes with the original box.
