Three Piece Whatsit
This was my exchange puzzle at IPP31 in Berlin. The goal is to assemble the three pieces into a "symmetrical shape". This puzzle can be sent assembled or unassembled, your preference. Definitely more difficult unassembled, as you have to figure out what the final shape is.

Piggy Box Puzzle
Stewart Coffin design #138-A. Saul Bobroff's IPP31 exchange puzzle. I had a lot of fun assembling this puzzle and just now taking it back apart (not so easy either!). I wanted to make it available to others rather than packing it in my basement.

Rattle Box
This 5x5 cube is a shell with a hollow interior. Inside the cube is another 2x2 cube, minus one unit. The internal cube interacts with the shell in a maddening way, interfering with what should be a straightforward disassembly. There's even dead ends and false solutions. The large hole in the shell is there so you can poke your finger in and manipulate the inner piece. VERY fun design, and pretty tricky as well.Precision made from various exotic hardwoods. Attention to detail is everywhere, from...

Mark had discovered that four pins placed in a tetrahedral fashion could smoothly slide through dodecahedrally placed grooves in a sphere. Mark used his mechanical concept for a sort-of a combinatorial game. Mark even developed some well-working prototypes. Unfortunately, after consulting several di...
