This is definitely a Scorpius puzzle. I *think* it is by Arjeu as it has an information sheet in French and the box has the name and number they used for this puzzle (Satellite CT49).  The six identical 4 stick pieces, each break down into individual sticks, with pins and holes holding them together.  The only reason I question whether it might actually be by Arjeu is that it has not been made in their usual woods. This is an nice design and certainly not one I've seen before. The idea to stack all the pieces (3 pieces of combined bamboo of different lengths) to have them all the same height.The puzzle is very tough and made harder by the lightweight bamboo.
