Jam session, designed by Goh Pit Khiam, an exhange puzzle from Larry Seidman at IPP29. Object, remove all the pieces by sliding them around while moving the shuttle back and forth. Laser cut, 2 wooden layers with a plastic top.

I-Scream Sandwich, IPP29 exchange puzzle, from Keith Winegar. A hidden maze with a steel ball - go from one end of the "sandwich" to the other. Ball is captive behind a plexiglass window. Puzzle is maple and walnut. Original wrapper is torn (somewhat unavoidable to get to the puzzle, unfortunately).

Tricky Numbers, IPP29 exchange puzzle for Wil Strijbos, designed by Ton Delsing. Object is to swap the number left-to-right. The 5-8 pieces are all one piece, and have a pin/notch in the back that only allow them to move up and down, and only 1 space. Very tricky! Three scratches on the back, should be visible in the picture.

Playground is a mechanical maze, where a flag moves from pole to pole and can be turned around at the arch. The puzzle was inspired by a doodle toy, in which a wooden acrobat tumbles down a ladder.

IPP32 exchange puzzle from Dick Hess. I ended up with two copies of this puzzle. A sliding block puzzle which fits right into the Washington DC theme. Ten problems are given in the sheet which comes with the puzzle. The puzzle comes nicely packaged in a cardboard box.

My IPP32 exchange puzzle. Pack the 13 L-shaped pieces into the frames on either side. The pieces can also be packed into a 4x4x4 cube and other 3D shapes. Puzzle includes an 8 page booklet of challenges. Comes in a clear plastic box, you can store the puzzle in the solved or unsolved state.

This, I think, is a replica of an old 2-piece metal disentanglement puzzle. It's only 2-3" in size, and the plates are flat, with two small metal rings.

Not-A-Cube, made by Wayne Daniels, IPP29 Exchange from Abel Garcia. Bloodwood pieces held together with steel pins. I wasn't sure whether to call this an interlocking puzzle or a put-together; the pins are the only thing holding it together. "Six equal quadrilateral faces, but not a cube." An interesting "disentanglement" from Saul Bobroff, an exchange puzzle from IPP29.

Kreuzweise, A puzzle game where you put the pieces together (edge-matching) to make a variety of shapes at different levels of difficulty. The pieces are thin cardboard, and there are quite a few (50) in the box, along with rules. Design by Thomas Funke, author Uwe Himmelreich, made by "Good Ideas".

A very clever packing puzzle by Rob Hegge, IPP31 exchange. The packing frame is damaged, it was cut incredibly thin at the bottom (see second photo). This has no effect on the puzzle.

IPP22 exchange from Dick Hess. Just pack the 6 half-circles into the square! There is a slightly larger frame on the back of this puzzle which is much easier to solve. Comes with a solution page. The fit on the front frame is very tight. It is a lot more fun to work on packing the frame on the back.
