Bill's Binary Burr, mfg by Eric Fuller, design by Bill Cutler. This was made in 2013. Eric had a lot of issues with humidity on this particular puzzle, and , as Eric said in the puzzle description, "The bad news is that the puzzle turned out looser than I would have liked."
