About the Puzzel:
This Interlocking Checkerboard Puzzle was designed by Stewart Coffin in 1973 and he believes that none were ever made. He graciously gave me permission to use his design.
This puzzle is a one sided two dimensional checkerboard assembly puzzle consisting of 8 pieces. They must be arranged to form an 8 x 8 checkerboard.
There are two solutions, only one an interlocking checkerboard. The solver is directed to find both solutions.
