If symmetry is what you seek

This layout needs a little tweak

For one side light and one side dark

A couple squares look off the mark

So readjust the pieces six

The perfect symmetry to fix

Arrange the six pieces in the six by four rectangle to symmetrically be one half dark and the other light.

Made from white oak (dark pieces stained black). Cubic blocks sides measure 0.7 inches (18mm). Tray is 4.75"x3.25"x0.6" (123mm x 87mm x 10mm).
