Objective / Description
The puzzle consists 9 pieces (the full set of ‘Trinars’) and a 2 sided tray.
A) [1/#1]: Pack the 7 pieces (A-G) into the 5*5 tray through the opening.
B) [2/#1]: Pack the 7 pieces (A-G) onto the 5*5 tray to make a symmetrical arrangement.
C) [1/#2]: Pack all pieces onto the 6*5 tray.
D) [2/#2]: Pack all pieces onto the 6*5 tray leaving the IPP / 37 marks visible.
E): Divide the 9 pieces into 3 triplets and make identical shapes out of them.
F): With the pieces being connected at half or full square edge, find symmetric shapes by using subsets of pieces:
- Unique solution for mirror symmetric shape with two pieces: AB, AE, AF, BE, DF, EG, EH, FG, HI.
- Unique solution for mirror symmetric shape with three pieces: ACD, ADG, AFH, BCI, BDF, BDI, BFH, CEG, CEI, CHI, DEF, DFH.
- Unique solution for rotational symmetric shapes with three pieces: ADG, BCD, BCE.
- Unique solution for rotational AND symmetric shape with three pieces: BDH, BEG.
