This is Stewart Coffins design #197-A.
This puzzle has 3 problems/challenges:
Problem #1. Fit the four pieces into the cover to form a square pyramid. One solution.
Problem #2. Use three of the pieces to form a tetrahedral pile inside the box. One solution.
Problem #3. Fit all four pieces inside the box. Three solutions.
The puzzle is packed in its box with cover, which are part of the puzzle itself.
