Taiyaki from Frederic Boucher
The goal is to pack the box with the 6 pieces. Rotations are allowed. Like many of Boucher's puzzles, I found this challenging! However, I thought Taiyaki (and Takoyaki) were good puzzles to be introduced to Boucher's designs. (i.e. they were at least solvable in a reasonable amount of time!) The instruction sheet includes additional puzzles (8 different shapes to make from the pieces).
The puzzle, Taiyaki, is named after the Japanese fish-shaped cakes, which the pieces can form (see photo). This was purchased new and has been solved a few times. There are no cosmetic issues and it is in the same condition as it was when I received it new. Will be shipped with its original packaging and instruction sheet.
-----
Buyer is responsible for shipping which should be $6-7 (US, first-class). Priority mail (and heavier metal puzzles) might be $1 to $3 more. I charge only exact shipping costs. Please contact me if you need an estimate for international shipping. If you wish to estimate shipping costs yourself, I don't think anything that I've listed will weigh more than 16 ounces (450 grams), and the wood puzzles should be much less than that. I will combine multiple items for cheaper shipping; I have a few metal puzzles, and a few packing puzzles from Osanori Yamamoto and Frederic Boucher listed this time.
I can accept payments via Paypal, Zelle, or Transferwise. There will be no additional packaging or handling fees.
I try to grade condition conservatively. If the puzzle shows any sign of wear from use, it'll be a B or lower. If the puzzle looks like it did when I received it new (barring any defects), it will be graded A.
