Unhappy Adolescence was Nob Yoshigahara's exchange puzzle for IPP19 in london, 1999.

The goal is to assemble the 7 heptomino's and a single peg into the box.

There are five holes at the bottom of the box, to put the peg in and create a new puzzle challenge.

Each challenge has a unique solution, all 5 solutions are provided with the puzzle.

The puzzle description sheet explains the name of the puzzle, which is partially named after Coffin's 'unhappy childhood' puzzle.
