Contains a "High Five Wire" puzzle inside. Fellow puzzle blogger Neil told me it was extremely difficult to reassemble. I believe it, given that I was unable to disassemble it and the fact that High Five is not trivial to assemble outside of a bottle.
The two photos are 1) photo of my actual puzzle, and 2) photo by William Strijbos which has High Five puzzles assembled and disassembled outside of the bottle to show puzzle detail.
