This Stickman Fulcrum Puzzle Box (No. 11) is really not that difficult to solve (fairly trivial in fact). It requires only 6 moves to reach its two compartments. It is, however, visually stunning, with a depth of mechanism that begs to have it picked up and played with.
.
The box is 4.5” x 3” x 2.5” and is crafted from maple, purpleheart and wenge. It comes with its own full-color 4-page instruction booklet. I am not sure why this box was left over. It is in perfect working order without any flaws. These boxes were limited in edition to only 35 pieces, but for some reason this particular box was never numbered. My only guess is that I entered it in the 2006 IPP prior to numbering it, and it was returned to me after all other website puzzles sold out.
.
Note: I am actually listing 2 of these boxes at the same time in an attempt to help keep auction prices more reasonable. (The other box is listed separately). I hope this is appreciated, as I could possibly make more by listing them in separate auctions at different times. If it to helps stabilize the puzzle resell market, I should also mention that I plan to repair (a few of the last No. 5 puzzle boxes), (a few No 8 puzzle boxes), (and possibly another No 3 puzzle box) and make them available in the future. Pictures of this box are taken from the original website listing. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
