It is the IPP exchange puzzle from Kate Jones.

You have to assemble the 36 tiles in a 6x6 array so that all the following conditions occur:

1. Each horizontal and each vertical row contains 6 different letters

2. The two colors are checkerboarded

3. At least eighteen 2x3 rectangles contain all 6 letters
