Description
Vintage sliding block puzzle, ca. 1930, based on Charles Lindbergh's transatlantic flight of 1927. A photocopy of an article about the puzzle first appearing in 1928 (this was not part of the original item) is included. Manufactured by the Standard Trailer Co. of Cambridge Springs, PA; pat. applied for. Size = approx. 3.5" x 3".
Instruction are on the box lid.

Important Shipping Note: I will be preparing for and attending the Essen Spieletage (German game fair) immediately after the auction. I can bring your items won to Essen and save you the shipping cost, but I will not be able to advise on shipping costs or mail items until after the 28th of October! Remember, all items will be shipped from Germany.

- The wood blocks are excellent, with the words on the block clear on ll but one. Box is average for its age, somewhat darkened and with some stains, wear in 2 spots, and missing litho ieces on the edges; the text and image, however, are still very clear.
