Description
Puzzle Parade by Morley Adams, published in 1948 by Faber and Faber. This little hardbound is in very good condition, with the exception of the dust jacket which is poor, with a couple of pieces missing out of the spine, heavy wear, and a bit missing out of the bottom back cover. After I took the photo, I enclosed the DJ in a Brodart cover. There is an interesting variety of puzzles in here, including Five Minute Mysteries, Crosswords, math puzzles, word puzzles and other unusual picture puzzles. A few hundred puzzles in all.
Unfortunately, the crossword puzzles are mostly solved in pencil and ink, so the book is damaged in that respect, although the rest of the puzzles in the book are not marked up.
The book is 160 pages, weighs just over 9 ounces.
