Description
Pochi is a variety of 2-D packing problems. It was designed by Lixy (Rikishi Yamada) in collaboration with Hiroshi Yamamoto, and used by Lixy as his IPP29 Exchange puzzle. The solver is asked to form squares with two different polka-dot patterns, as well as a variety of animal shapes varied polka-dot patterns. The puzzle is EXTREMELY well-manufactured by Woodpacker/Hikimi, with the matte black wooden polka-dot parts in sharp contrast to the light colored base wood and dark brown wooden frame.
The puzzle is as it was received at IPP29 in 2009, in its original box with instruction card, pattern sheets, and sealed solution.
