This puzzle is a exchange puzzle by Simon Bexfield for the International Puzzle Party 34 held in London, United Kingdom 2014
Goal:
Assemble tetrahedralpyramid.
Background:
This is a development of Davis Singmaster’s 6 piece puzzle.
It has always been quite difficult to make such shapes in wood as the angles are very acute and there is a danger of splintering. With the availability of 3D printing it is now possible to make the pieces in nylon including the hinges using a single process.
