Description
This 1971 puzzle / game from Parker Brothers includes 15 games for 2-4 players and 7 solitaire puzzles. The large, plastic board has pieces in one of four colors that are put into slots, with four slots per wheel, but wheels overlap so each piece is a part of two circles; turn one circle and it changes the color in the other circle, "Rubik" style. The wheels neatly click into place.
<p>Some of the games and solitaire puzzles include The Herdsman Puzzle, Binary Star Puzzles, Orbit Solitaire, The Demon Star, The Balance, The Dragon, Star Clusters, The Herdsman, Aurora Borealis: The Northern Lights, and The Whirlpool Galaxy; The Eagle is an interesting solitaire puzzle--imagine two eagles carrying a heavy fish; player must get the piece to the other corner in 24 moves without either eagle dropping the fish.
