Lunatic Lock designed by Gary Foshee. This version was sold at Puzzlemaster and manufactured by Bits and Pieces.
Tricky but not terribly difficult, this is the lock that inspired Wil Strijbos to create his Revenge Lock aka "The Wanderer".
